This page describes what the site does in practice. It is an operational summary, not legal advice.
What we store
When you submit an inquiry we save your name, email, pharmacy, area of interest, message and the time you sent it in our database. We only store it after you agree using the consent checkbox.
What we do not do
Submitting a form does not send an automatic email. A person reviews saved inquiries. Please do not include patient information or protected health information in any form.
Accounts
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Accounts exist for site administration; ordinary visitors do not need one. Signing in does not grant admin access.
Site analytics
When analytics is enabled on the published site, Replit-hosted analytics collects pageviews and events such as article views, offering views, external-link clicks and inquiry outcomes. Our custom events do not send your name, email, pharmacy name, written message or search text. They use general categories and public article or offering IDs to help us improve the site.
Purchases
Where checkout is available, payment is handled by a separate payment provider and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
